Due to the nature of our products, we can’t accept returns on opened teas. If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, email us  and we’ll make it right.

Keep your teas in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Our resealable pouches are designed to keep them fresh  but we always recommend transferring them to an airtight jar if you're feeling extra.

Our blends are best enjoyed within 12 months, but they may last longer if stored properly. Like flowers, they fade over time  but their beauty lasts when loved.
